Our hi‐tech shop uses essential tools and various state of the art application software and color management tools on Mac and PC systems. We provide options for review and approval, by offering Inkjet or JPEG proofs for your satisfaction.
MS BASE
ROLLER
We guarantee that the quality of raw materials meets our established standards during the sourcing process. Our in-house infrastructure, equipped with advanced CNC and grinding machines, ensures flawless production and unmatched quality. We leave no stone unturned in perfecting our products to deliver excellence.
Electroplating & Polishing
We specialize in engraving rollers that consistently deliver accurate prints. Our expertise in copper plating ensures even and fine crystalline hard copper deposits. With Polish Masters from Daetwyler, we achieve exceptional precision with a target cylinder parallelism of ± 3 microns over a length of 1000 mm. Our rollers can be manufactured up to an impressive length of 2500 mm.

PROOFING
We value the end result above all else. Our high end Rotogravure Proofing Presses delivers proof of the cylinders. This system enables to verify printability of the engraved cylinders.
